Yes, your sales receipt is required and must be applied the day of your visit.

The Family Deluxe membership includes an additional guest pass (up to 2 guests per visit) and has reciprocal benefits as part of the ACM (Association of Children’s Museums) Programs. These programs allow you to receive 50% off general admission for up to 6 people. The cardholder must be present for discounted admission.

You can easily upgrade your Family Plus membership to the Deluxe membership at any time by paying an additional $25!

There are 3 easy ways to renew:

  1. Renew over the phone by calling us at (831) 649-6444.
  2. Renew in person by visiting MY Museum.
  3. Renew online.

Our Family Plus and Family Deluxe memberships are designed for immediate family members residing in one household.

Your membership card will be ready to pick up at the front desk within a week of purchase.

Membership benefits are non-transferable and are to be used by the Member’s household/ immediate family. This policy is intended to prevent any fraudulent behavior.

Our memberships are not tax deductible.  Please check with your CPA if you have questions.

Memberships are valid on the day of purchase and expire on the last day of the purchase month the following year.
